Shipping, Returns & Exchanges – Quick Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines: 7–10 days (India) | 10–15 days (International).

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery (unstitched items only).

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Sale, customized, and stitched products are non-returnable.

  • Domestic return pickup is free; international returns are customer-paid.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method.

  • COD orders: Store credit only.

  • Refunds/store credit are processed after product verification.

Exchanges

  • Exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only one exchange per order.

  • All exchange shipping charges are borne by the customer.

  • No exchanges on customized, made-to-order, or used products.
