Yes, we ship internationally. Weβll deliver your orders if your pin code is serviceable by our courier partners.
4. Do you provide Silk Mark for pure sarees?
Yes, we do provide certified mark of purity.
5. How do I contact customer service?

6. How do I apply a promo code?
Apply the promo code on the shipping page, visible after entering customer information.
7. What happens after I place my order?
Youβll receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed, packed, dispatched and shipped from our Varanasi warehouse. Youβll get a tracking ID to monitor your order's delivery.
8. What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email/ whatsapp msg to your given mobile number to track the status of your order.
We will also send you another email / whatsapp msg with the tracking number (AWB number) when your order will be dispatched.

Report any unauthorized activity to your bank immediately. We do not store card details and use secure payment gateways.
11. Is it safe to enter my bank card details online?
Yes, we do not store your card details. Payments are processed through a secure site with authorization from your card issuer.
12. Do you offer Cash On Delivery(COD)?
Yes we do offer cash on delivery.
Note: Max limit for COD is INR 10,000
